That's Why They Arn't Winning...

This season the drama within the Oakland Raiders is more amusing than a daytime soap opera. Coach Art Shell seems to have lost his mind, making accusations of character assassination when he really just can’t take criticism for a bad season.

Then you’ve got Jerry Porter, who was suspended for insubordination after clashing with the coaching staff. Maybe if they weren’t fighting so much amongst themselves, they’d actually win a game.

A Weird Call Costs the Raiders

I'm not saying that one call alone cost us the game against the Denver Broncos. But that weird penalty when Stuart Schweigert recovered a fumbled punt return, then Chris Carr gets called because he got knocked out of bounds but didn't get back on the field "immediately" enough for the refs--what was that all about? Art Shell thinks we was robbed, and so do I.
